Offline Robot Programming

Various options are available for programming robots. The machines are often programmed using the teaching method. The robots are brought into different positions, which can then be saved. This is extremely time-consuming and unproductive since the robots are not available during this time.

SoftART has developed software that enables laypersons to program the robots offline. All robot movements are simulated and displayed in 3D. Collision checking and route optimization are also included in the range of functions. After the programs have been created, optimized and checked, they can simply be transferred to the robot. As a result, it is only unproductive for a short time and can start working effectively.
